Owner
Earnest is a father of 4 has been married to his beloved wife for over 10 years. He has over 8 years of insurance experience. Earnest loves all things Jesus and all things people. He believes you can’t truly be in the people’s business without knowing the creator of all humanity. Insurance is a vehicle for ministry to share Jesus by having integrity, doing things with excellence, praying in all that we do, and helping others find the coverages best for them at a competitive rate. If we can’t help with that, we will refer our customers to a few agencies that can. Earnest believes serving others is the highest calling and in serving everything is gained. – Matthew 20:28

Chris Alderton
Director of Sales
Chris is a dedicated insurance professional committed to serving families with integrity and care. His passion for serving others is also evident in his role as a worship leader. As a devoted husband, father, and big brother to 11 siblings, he strives to live out his values every day. Chris enjoys playing guitar, singing karaoke, and staying active with pickleball, but his favorite pastime is spending quality time with his family, whether it’s through a shared love of music or a little friendly competition in video games. Above all, his work is an extension of his love for Jesus.

Kathy Ragsdale
Office Manager
With over 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. She began her career at age 18, learning the ropes from her uncle and aunt who were both in the insurance business. After spending most of her life in Mobile, Kathy found her home in Wetumpka 11 years ago, where she has embraced the peaceful lake life. A woman of faith, she enjoys quiet time with God and is an active member of her community, attending Brush Poppers Cowboy Church on Hwy 14. Kathy finds her greatest joy in time spend with her family.
